Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup Nutella chocolate hazelnut spread
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350F 175C
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy
Beat in the eggs, one at a time, and then mix in the peanut butter until well combined
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined
Take about 1 tablespoon of dough and roll it into a ball
Place it on the prepared baking sheet
Repeat with the remaining dough, leaving some space between each cookie
Using the back of a spoon or your thumb, make an indentation in the center of each cookie
Fill each indentation with a small dollop about 1/2 teaspoon of Nutella
Take a toothpick or a small knife and swirl the Nutella gently into the cookie dough to create a marbled effect
Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden
Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely
