Ingredients:
- 1 bunch kale, stems removed and torn into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 300F 150C
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
In a large bowl, toss the kale pieces with olive oil until evenly coated
In a separate bowl, mix together the nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper
Sprinkle the nutritional yeast mixture over the kale and toss until the kale is coated with the seasoning
