Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
Grease a donut pan and preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit 175 degrees Celsius
Mix together the flour, sugar, baking soda, chopped almonds, white chocolate chips, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl
Beat the egg, melted butter, buttermilk, and vanilla extract in a different bowl
Mixing until just combined, pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients
Pour about two thirds of the batter into each donut hole
A toothpick inserted into one donut should come out clean after baking for 12 to 15 minutes in a preheated oven, or until the donuts are lightly golden
The donuts should be taken out of the oven and given a few minutes to cool in the pan before being transferred to a wire rack to finish cooling
For added taste and flair, feel free to melt some more white chocolate and pour it over the cooled donuts
Present and savor your delectable baked donuts with almond and white chocolate
