Ingredients:
- 8 oz gluten-free pasta noodles
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, zest and juice
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions:
Follow the directions on the package to cook the gluten-free pasta noodles
Remove the water and set it aside
Warm up the olive oil in a big pan over medium-low heat
