German Pancakes, which are sometimes called Dutch Baby Pancakes, are a tasty and simple way to start the day. In the oven, they get really puffy, and for a sweet touch, you can serve them with powdered sugar and fresh berries.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • Powdered sugar for dusting
  • Fresh berries optional

Instructions:

Turn on your oven and heat it up to 425F 220C

Mix the flour, milk, eggs, sugar, and salt in a blender

Use a blender to make the batter smooth

Warm up the oven and put the baking dish 9x13 inches with butter in it

Leave it there until the butter melts

When it melts, take it out of the oven

Put the pancake mix into the hot baking dish that has butter that has been melted

When the pancake gets golden brown around the edges and puffs up, its ready to go in the oven

Take it out of the oven, sprinkle it with powdered sugar, and serve it right away

Add fresh berries on top if you want to

Have fun with your tasty German pancakes
