Oven Roasted Veggie Pizza

This oven roasted veggie pizza is a delicious and healthy option for pizza night. Packed with colorful vegetables and melted cheese on a crispy crust, its sure to be a hit with the whole family.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pre-made pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup assorted sliced vegetables bell peppers, mushrooms, onions, tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish optional

Instructions:

Set the oven to 425F 220C and heat it up

Roll out the pizza dough into the shape you want on a lightly floured surface

Place the rolled dough on a pizza stone or baking sheet

Cover the dough with marinara sauce, leaving a small border around the edges

Add some shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce

Put the vegetable slices on top of the cheese

Put olive oil on top of the vegetables

Salt, pepper, and dried oregano should all be put on top of the pizza

It should be baked in a hot oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly

Take it out of the oven when its done and let it cool a bit before cutting it

If you want, you can add fresh basil leaves as a garnish

Cut it up, serve it, and enjoy
