Ingredients:
- 6 large eggs, hard-boiled and peeled
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 12 slider buns
- Lettuce leaves optional
- Tomato slices optional
Instructions:
Cut the hard-boiled eggs into little chunks and put them in a bowl
Put the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard in a different bowl and mix them together
Chopped celery, red onion, and parsley should be added to the chopped eggs
Mix the mustard and mayonnaise together, then add it to the egg mixture and mix it in well
Add salt and pepper to taste to the egg salad
If you need to, change the seasoning
If you want, you can lightly toast the slider buns and cut them in half horizontally
If you want to use lettuce, put a leaf on the bottom half of each slider bun
A lot of the egg salad should be put on each slider bun
If you want, you can add tomato slices to the egg salad
To make a sandwich, put the egg salad on the top half of the slider bun
Use a toothpick or small skewer to hold each slider in place
The egg salad sliders can be served right away or put in the fridge until youre ready to serve them
