Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup vegan butter, melted
- 1/2 cup almond milk or any plant-based milk
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar for glaze
- 1-2 tbsp almond milk for glaze
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375F 190C
In a bowl, combine flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt
Add melted vegan butter and almond milk to the dry ingredients, mix until dough forms
Roll out the dough into a rectangle on a lightly floured surface
Spread melted vegan butter evenly over the dough
In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle it over the dough
Starting from one end, tightly roll the dough into a log
Slice the log into small rolls, about 1 inch each
Place the rolls in a greased mini muffin tin
Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown
While the rolls are baking, prepare the glaze by mixing powdered sugar and almond milk until smooth
Once the rolls are done, drizzle the glaze over them while theyre still warm
