Ingredients:
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
Instructions:
Turn the oven on to 350F 175C and grease a 20x8-inch 8x8-inch baking pan
In a bowl that can go in the microwave, melt the dark chocolate chips and butter together for 30 seconds at a time, stirring after each one
Do this until the mixture is smooth and well mixed
Add the powdered sugar to the chocolate mixture and mix it in
One egg at a time, making sure to mix well after each addition
Add the vanilla extract and mix well
Mix the flour, cocoa powder, and salt together in a different bowl
Slowly add this dry mixture to the wet mixture while stirring it together
The batter should be smooth and well mixed after adding the Greek yogurt
Be careful not to overmix and crush the fresh raspberries as you fold them in
Spread out the brownie batter in the baking pan that has been prepared
After the oven is hot, bake the cake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out with a few moist crumbs on it instead of wet batter
After taking the brownies out of the oven, let them cool in the pan for about 15 minutes before moving them to a wire rack to cool all the way through
Cut it into squares when its cool, and enjoy
